It’s been quite a while since my last post. I’ve been busy trying to be my own publicist, booking agent and hype man, and it turns out that these take up quite a bit of time. That hard work is starting to pay off and I’ve gotten some love from a few blogs who were kind enough to read my emails and listen to my music.
Here’s an interview from North Shore News out in B.C. I say “stuff” quite a bit. Working on that.

A review of the release show and the album by the Blanket Reviewer. She said some pretty complimentary things, which is always great.

And most recently, Snob’s Music featured me as a Friday Find and compared me to Fiona Apple and fellow Torontonian Jessica Stuart.

In other news, I’m playing my monthly series at the Tranzac tonight with my guitarist Robb. Ryan Burton, a good friend of mine and lovely rootsy songwriter, will be opening the evening. Come out for a cream ale and some good music. 7:30, pay what you can.
