What a week. I’m excited to announce that the Ontario Arts Council is graciously going to fund my debut album, Give and Grow! I couldn’t believe it when I opened the letter, it was such an incredible feeling to finally get a grant. Thank you to the OAC for their support and belief in my project. It looks like the release will be happening in September, which I’m busy organizing. I’ve got some great things planned, so stay tuned.
In other news, I have a show with the band coming up on April 10th at Free Times that should be a lot of fun. We have an hour set – the longest set we’ve played in a while – starting at 11.
